Chaplain

Chaplain Hormann has been affiliated with Pacific Health Ministry since 2010. She previously served as PHM Chaplain at Kaneohe State Hospital and PHM CPE Resident at Kaiser and Kapiolani. Chaplain Hormann also served as Southeast Michigan Synod Interim Pastor at Peace Lutheran Church in Southgate. She earned her Master of Divinity from Pacific Lutheran Theological Seminary.

Chaplain Hormann is affiliated with the Association of Professional Chaplains and is a rostered pastor of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America.
